KELSIE is 8!!!!!



She had a "tea party" to celebrate!

Kelsie was baptized today!

What a special experience for Lance to be able to baptize her! Kelsie was so excited she could hardly sit in her seat during the talks. Her "little" testimony amazes me each time she expresses her love for Christ and what the gospel means to her! She really has such a spiritual influence on our family! Kelsie-girl! I am so proud of you!!!!

What an amazing journey it has been...Lance and I just celebrated our 9th anniversary on January 14th. Then on January 16th we took a trip to St George and were sealed to each other and to our children in the St George Temple.

We always said that when we got to this point, we would go to the St George Temple. We went the day before Kelsie's 8th birthday, we didn't want to wait a few more weeks for her to be baptized. What an experience to have our children there! I can't even begin to describe how awesome the whole experience was! Kelsie commented that she felt she was "hugging the Holy Ghost!" Kids have a way of telling it as it is!

Since we were there we decided to make a weekend of it and celebrate Kelsie's 8th birthday! We had some friends and family who went down with us and we all went bowling...I don't know if anyone broke "100" but we sure had a good time!

And to make sure we were all thoroughly exhausted Krista and Ryan introduced us to geo-caching! What fun! We had so much fun searching for the hidden treasures! It was great to get out of the cold and outdoors to enjoy some sun!

Twas the week before Christmas...and were we busy as ever!!!

We went to Archibald's at Gardner Village for my birthday. We missed the elves (Kelsie was sad) but had fun anyway! We had a Christmas party at my mom's. Food, fun and games, we had a great time! I'm not very good at remembering to take pictures, so I don't have any for this!

We went to our ward Christmas party, Santa didn't make it but the snow sure did! Devan thought he was funny throwing snowballs at us as we were leaving, but Lance sure got him good when we got home!

He's not even 6 months old but he is determined. I had set Garrett on the floor about 5 feet from the Christmas tree where I had just put some pretty wrapped presents for the kids. Next thing I know there he is, taking a peek....What am I going to do???
